A huge 90s teen heartthrob is almost unrecognisable after he ditched Hollywood for life away from the spotlight. Richard Grieco starred alongside Johnny Depp in the hit TV show 21 Jump Street, which ran from 1987 to 1991. The series followed two undercover detectives as they used their youthful good looks to infiltrate teenage gangs, and investigate crimes in schools.

Millions of viewers swooned over Richard’s fresh-faced looks as Detective Dennis Booker, and obsessed over his trademark quiff, and the actor carved out a career as a model before landing his big role in the TV series. The show came to an end after 103 episodes, and it was so successful that it spawned two huge movies starring Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill in 2012 and 2014 respectively.
