Several pets in Sussex are looking for their forever homes, including at the Sussex North & Brighton branch of the RSPCA. Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice. A few animals from the branch are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.

To help the Sussex North & Brighton branch carry on their work you can donate to them at the website here . Spencer Spencer (Image: RSPCA) Gender - Male Age - One year old Breed - Whippet crossbreed Colour - Brindle If you want to adopt Spencer you can view their full profile here . Spencer came into the care of the RSPCA as an unclaimed stray and is now looking to find a place of his own.

He is described as a "lively boy" who will need training and an active family who can keep up with him. Spencer can be a little vocal and over-enthusiastic when he sees other dogs out on walks, so a new owner will need to be prepared to manage this. Ideally, he would go to an adult-only home which has a secure garden.

Lolly Lolly (Image: RSPCA) Gender - Female Age - Five years old Breed - Persian Colour - Gret If you want to adopt Lolly you can view their full profile here . Lolly came into the care of the RSPCA from a large multi-cat home and has taken a little while to find her feet. She is described as "quite a charismatic cat with a strong character" who enjoys a bit of fuss and attention.

The RSPCA adds: "Lolly’s next family will need to be experienced with Persian or similar breed cats.
