Prayagraj: Ahead of 2025 Maha Kumbh, PWD authorities on Thursday claimed to have made a significant headway, completing 47 out of 83 projects in and around the mela area. Of the 83 projects, 47 are already completed, with 10 more set to finish by Nov 15. The remaining 26 projects will be completed by Nov.
Work is underway on six r projects within the fair area, all of which are targeted for completion by Nov 30. The total cost of these projects is Rs 1,428.68 crore.
The govt has also set clear targets for the completion of key infrastructure projects ahead of Maha Kumbh 2025 . Construction work on projects outside the fair area, including airport road, Rasulabad Ghat road and Phaphamau-Sahso road, is scheduled for completion by Nov 3 0. The development of 15 intersections will also be completed by Nov 30.
The renovation of 92 roads is expected to be completed by Dec 10, while beautification of 17 roads will be done by Dec 15. tnn.
