Yatin Shah, a co-founder of 360 One, a financial services company, has paid more than Rs 158.51 crore for a penthouse with a sea view in Mumbai's posh Worli neighborhood. According to Zapkey report, the 10,312 square foot duplex residence, which is part of the "Prime Ceejay Residency" under development, is among the priciest residential deals in the city.

The development, a 33-storey tower with only 19 units, offers a mix of 4 and 5 BHK apartments. It is expected to be completed by June 2025. Shah’s purchase comes at a staggering rate of Rs 1,53,700 per square foot, underlining the growing demand for super-luxury properties in Mumbai.

The report added that the founder and CEO of 360 One, Karan Bhagat, paid a total of Rs 170 crore in May 2024 for two residences in the upscale development Oberoi 360 West. Both Shah and Bhagat’s property investments reflect the company’s high-end status, in line with the wealth management services 360 One offers to its clientele. The increasing prominence of luxury residential projects in Mumbai’s prime locations highlights the city’s continued appeal among top business executives and entrepreneurs.
