“I feel that a candlelight glow and a touch of iridescence in a foundation is the secret ingredient to beautiful skin and key to that light reflective radiance that I love so much.” For those with oilier skin, this is where your setting powders come in to matte over any extra shine. “A full coverage foundation is ideal for a velvety air brushed finish because it tends to dry and mesh as a satin layer on top of the skin,” says Burt. This is ideal for those w.
