DENVER — Three new concessionaires have opened for hungry travelers at Denver's airport. El Chingon , Mizu Sushi-Izakaya , and Aviano Coffee are the newest businesses to open at Denver International Airport (DIA). The airport said the three new businesses, which are located on Concourse B, are food and beverage concepts with local ties in Denver.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held Monday afternoon for the new businesses, which are officially open for customers. El Chingon Located near Gate B12, El Chingon is a Mexican restaurant with a contemporary interpretation of traditional family recipes. Mizu Sushi Izakaya Mizu Sushi Izakay a is an elegant Japanese tapas-style bar and restaurant located near Gate B12.

Denver's airport fell three positions from 2022 to 2023, even through last year was the airport's busiest on record. In 2023, DIA served 77,837,917 passengers, a 12.3% increase over the 69,286,461 passengers served in 2022.
