DEVILS LAKE, N.D. — Devils Lake will be the headquarters for the North Dakota Angus Association’s fall angus tour, which will take angus industry folks across the northeastern portion of the state.

The tour, which takes place every other year, functions with the goal of promoting angus ranches in North Dakota and showcasing their differences, said Ashley Bruner, the association’s secretary/treasurer. “It’s a really cool event where people can come on an angus tour, but see multi-levels of angus cattle,” she said. “Angus can be different and can fit everybody’s operation depending upon what your desire is for your own herd.

So, you might be in the same region, but the angus cattle may vary from ranch to ranch. It’s a great opportunity for the ranches themselves to share what they’ve got and really show off what makes their operation different or unique.” ADVERTISEMENT The tour will begin on Saturday, Sept.
