1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton looks slimmer than ever. The reality TV star once weighed over 700lbs when she first appeared on TLC's weight-loss show with her sister Amy in 2020. But the last time Tammy weighed herself on the scales, she was just 281lbs.

Doctors had told her she would need to lose some weight in order to be eligible for bariatric surgery. After getting the procedure in 2022, Tammy lost around 300 pounds and in April of this year, Tammy had shed an incredible 440 pounds. She used to use an oxygen support tank but no longer needs it.
Tammy told People last year: "I was able to make my lungs stron.
