The Annual Gala at the American Irish Historical Society was held on Wednesday, night (Nov 6, 2024), honoring the Vice Chairman of the Board, Tom Higgins and Astronaut Captain Scott Kelly, who received the Award of Courage. The American Irish Historical Society Board, headed by Chairman James Normile, hosted the gala in the beautiful AIHS mansion at 991 5th Avenue, in Manhattan, and attendees were invited into the antique kitchen for cocktails before making their way to the grand salon for dinner.
