m. ET, we successfully reestablished our operations. However, we anticipate that this issue will affect our flight schedule today, leading to delays and cancellations.
American Airlines will notify customers affected by these disruptions through the American Airlines app or via text message. We advise all passengers to regularly check the American Airlines app or aa.com for the most up-to-date information on flight statuses.
To offer additional flexibility, we have issued a travel alert allowing affected customers to rebook their flights without fees, cancel, or receive a refund. Customers can modify their flights by accessing their reservation on aa.com.
If a flight was booked through a travel agency or a website other than aa.com, a representative from that company will be able to assist with changes. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working swiftly to return to normal operations.
