But their alleged joyride came to an end when it crashed into 85-year-old Doreen Hayes' house just before 5pm.

(Nine) "There was just this loud bang and I thought 'what's happening?'," she said. "The mess, it was carnage," TBuild's Clayton Grant said.
"It was leaning up against the house, yeah it caused a bit of damage to the house." Hayes found the crash had destroyed her car and carport, narrowly avoiding significant damage to her home. "Devastated," she said about the damage.
