This winter, Japanese airline ANA is set to significantly expand its European network by introducing three new routes to Europe. This expansion marks a strategic move to strengthen the airline’s presence in Europe, offering more travel options to passengers.
The new routes reflect ANA’s commitment to enhancing connectivity between Japan and major European cities, catering to the growing demand for international travel. ANA’s expansion will kick off with a new service from Tokyo’s Haneda Airport to Milan, which is scheduled to commence on 3 December. Milan, a major business and cultural hub in Italy, is expected to attract both business and leisure travelers.
Following this, the airline will introduce a new route from Haneda to Stockholm on 31 January 2025, further broadening its reach into Scandinavia. The third and final new route in this expansion will connect Haneda with Istanbul, starting on 12 February. Istanbul’s unique position as a bridge between Europe and Asia makes it a key addition to ANA’s network.
Each of these three new routes will operate three times per week in both directions, offering convenient travel schedules for passengers. In addition to launching these new routes, ANA’s expanded schedule will result in a significant increase in its capacity to Europe, with a 144 pe.
