Recently, he shared the story behind a viral photo of him at a Blake Lively shoot, where he worked with Baz Luhrmann and Hugh Jackman . While filming in LA, he received a call for a “secret project.

” The photo, which captured fans’ attention, shows Ali in a golden sherwani, intensely focused at a casino table. The ‘Mirzapur 3’ star explained on Instagram that he was indeed the one “secretly dressed up royalty crashing Baz Luhrmann’s Hitchcockian Whodunnit Casino scene.” He expressed his gratitude for being part of the project, mentioning that it was the third time Anna Wintour had involved him in an American Vogue outing.

I was filming a project in LA when i got the call . And i have truly been blessed that this was the 3rd time Anna Wintour who i can never thank enough , has had me out and about for my American Vogue outing. So, we jump on a plane and we play .

It was one shot, and the best part about Baz comin in was he shot the whole thing like scenes so , there’s my dreams of workin with him coming true. Well, not fully - what? Almost..

what??? For the photoshoot, Blake and Hugh embodied characters from an Alfred Hitchcock film, with Baz Luhrmann styling them to resemble Cary Grant and Grace Kelly from ‘To Catch A Thief’ (1955). Both actors wore black, with Hugh portraying L’Ombre and Blake as The Cat. Ali Fazal has appeared in several Hollywood films, such as 'Furious 7', 'Victoria & Abdul', 'Death On The Nile', and 'Kandahar'.

Regarding their current projects, Blake Lively is set to star in 'It Ends With Us', which releases this Friday. Hugh Jackman is currently filming 'Three Bags Full: A Sheep Detective'. Meanwhile, Ali Fazal, who was last seen in 'Mirzapur Season 3', has multiple upcoming projects, including 'Metro In Dino', 'Lahore 1947', and 'Thug Life'.
