Wednesday, August 28, 2024 Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, the luxury five-star property nestled in downtown Nashville’s vibrant SoBro neighborhood, is thrilled to welcome Alexandre Renoue as its new Beverage Manager. A seasoned industry professional, Renoue will be responsible for overseeing the beverage programs at Mimo Restaurant and Bar, Rivière Rooftop, as well as for banquets and special events. Renoue, hailing from Corsica, France, brings a wealth of experience from his previous role at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

With a deep passion for mixology, his extensive hospitality background includes stints in London, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Dubai, shaping his innovative cocktail approach that blends global flavors into his unique creations. One of Renoue’s exciting initiatives is the launch of a Mixology Lab at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. Located on the fifth floor, this lab will serve as a training ground for the Hotel’s bartenders and servers, fostering creativity and experimentation with new cocktail ideas.

The lab will also be an engaging space where guests can participate in interactive cocktail-making classes. This initiative aims to expand the knowledge of the Hotel’s mixologists, allowing them to craft new cocktails, develop unique infusions, and continually enhance the beverage offerings for guests. “We are lucky to have someone as skilled and creative as Alexandre join our incredible team at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville,” says Sunil Narang, the Hotel’s General Manager.

“His unique approach to mixology and the fun, inventive spin he brings to beverage service is a welcome addition to the stellar, five-star service that Mimo, Riviere, and the Hotel is known for. He’s arrived in Music City with fresh ideas and a passion for cocktails that is both approachable and unexpected. We’re eager for guests to experience his fresh take on the medium.

” Renoue is also introducing new cocktail menus for the Hotel’s signature dining venues: Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the Rivière Rooftop, and for banquets and special events. At Rivière, guests can look forward to refreshing, summery cocktails inspired by Mediterranean flavors. The playfully named cocktails include spritzes, tiki drinks, margaritas, and low-sugar, non-alcoholic mocktails, all crafted with fresh botanicals and herbs.

The beverage menu also features an excellent selection of canned and draft beer, as well as rosé and white wines. “Mixology is constantly changing and evolving, with new techniques and ingredients being developed all the time,” says Renoue. “One of my favourite parts of the job is collaborating and creating alongside the team.

I’m excited to work with the skilled team of bartenders and mixologists here to invent truly original offerings for our guests that will enhance their experience and introduce them to something new.” At Mimo Restaurant and Bar, Renoue is unveiling a menu of modern classics, with each signature cocktail highlighting a specific ingredient or botanical. Guests will enjoy a unique experience with a tableside bar cart offering “A Vision on Classic Cocktails,” where they can select from expertly crafted classic drinks made with premium ingredients.

Additionally, Mimo’s wine list is expanding to feature a broader selection of Italian wines curated by the restaurant’s sommelier. Each month, Mimo will present special, limited-time cocktails inspired by seasonal themes. For banquets and special events, guests will have the option to choose from a curated list of signature cocktails or request bespoke creations tailored to their event.

The Hotel will also introduce a Mixology Station for special gatherings, offering personalized mixers for guests as memorable favors or souvenirs.
