Thursday, November 14, 2024 Air India has introduced a revitalized loyalty programme, Maharaja Club, combining the best features of Flying Returns and Club Vistara into one seamless experience. This exciting transformation offers an elevated range of privileges and exclusive benefits while retaining all the valued features of the original Flying Returns programme for existing members. The revamped Maharaja Club retains the same familiar tier structure—Red, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

However, the rewards system is now centered around the newly introduced ‘Maharaja Points,’ and the member identity will now be represented by the ‘Maharaja Club ID.’ This new structure is designed to offer a more streamlined and rewarding experience for frequent flyers. At the heart of this new identity is Air India’s iconic mascot, the Maharaja, now updated to reflect the airline’s modern customer engagement strategy.
