Tuesday, July 23, 2024 As the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games approach, Air France, an official partner of the event, has unveiled a luxurious new airport journey for its La Première customers at Paris-Charles de Gaulle. This premium experience includes a bespoke check-in lobby and opulent airport suites, showcasing Air France’s dedication to providing unmatched travel experiences. A Refined Check-In Lobby From the moment La Première guests arrive, they are warmly greeted by a dedicated concierge who efficiently handles their luggage.

Guests are then guided to a newly established, exclusive check-in lobby, which marks the start of their personalized airport journey. This sophisticated space features 15 seats and two private lounges, creating a serene environment for both departing and arriving passengers. Travelers can relax, use shower facilities, and collect their baggage in an area that epitomizes French elegance and sophistication.

The check-in lobby, designed in collaboration with the SGK Brandimage agency, blends private spaces with an open, airy feel. Decorated in white and gray with red accents, the lobby is furnished with pieces from celebrated French designers such as Pierre Paulin and Christophe Pillet, showcasing luxurious details reminiscent of haute couture. Once check-in formalities are completed, guests are escorted to the La Première lounge through a private passage with a dedicated security checkpoint.

Along the way, images of Air France’s iconic winged seahorse immerse guests in the exclusive La Première experience. An Exclusive La Première Lounge Designed by architect Didier Lefort, the La Première lounge spans 1,000 square meters (10,700 square feet) and offers a tranquil retreat for passengers. The lounge features a curated menu and wine selection by renowned chef Alain Ducasse and his team, highlighting the finest in French gastronomy.

At the heart of the lounge is a luxurious spa and beauty treatments area, operated by Sisley, a leading French brand known for its plant-based cosmetics. Luxurious Suites Adjacent to the Lounge For those seeking ultimate privacy before a journey or during layovers, La Première passengers can now reserve exclusive suites adjacent to the lounge. These nearly 45-square-meter (500-square-foot) suites, available in three options with the possibility of adjoining two, provide a personal oasis.

Guests are welcomed by a dedicated butler and can enjoy a spacious living area, a bedroom with a double bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and an outdoor patio. The suites also feature a special menu by Alain Ducasse and access to the Sisley spa. Adorned with fresh flowers, luxurious linens, and haute-couture finishes, these suites exude a regal ambiance.

The decor includes iconic French design pieces like Charlotte Perriand’s writing table and Philippe Starck’s Privé sofa, adding cultural richness to the luxurious surroundings. Each suite also showcases unique artwork by a French artist, enhancing the sophisticated atmosphere. A New La Première Cabin on the Horizon In the winter 2024-2025 season, Air France will unveil its completely redesigned La Première cabin, featuring the longest configuration on the market with five windows per passenger.

This new cabin will offer up to three modular and private living spaces: a seat, a chaise lounge, and a flat bed, setting a new standard for luxury air travel. La Première will be available on more aircraft than ever before, starting with select 777-300ERs flying to destinations like Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Tokyo-Haneda, and Washington. With these enhancements, Air France continues to elevate the travel experience for its La Première customers, blending French elegance, privacy, and exceptional service into every journey.
