This surge is attributed to increased capacity and the launch of new routes, reflecting the airline’s robust recovery and strategic expansion efforts. The average load factor remained steady at 82.0%, a slight decrease from 82.

The demand for travel to and from Asia has significantly increased, contributing to the overall passenger growth. The airline has strategically expanded its capacity to China, capitalizing on higher-than-anticipated demand. This expansion includes additional flights and larger aircraft, ensuring that Air Astana meets the growing needs of its passengers.
In response to rising travel demand, Air Astana has strengthened its connections to South Korea. The airline has resumed twice-weekly direct flights between Astana and Seoul, in addition to its daily flights from Almaty to Seoul. These routes provide passengers with more options and greater flexibility when traveling between Kazakhstan and South Korea, enhancing the airline’s presence in the region.
Air Astana has also launched four new charter destinations, further expanding its netwo.
