The artificial intelligence tool from Dutch Cycling Lifestyle takes a road address anywhere in the world, scans the Google street-view and pushes out four alternative images from a seemingly carless future populated by people and bikes. Here are some roads from Google street view transformed to the AI generated streets for pedestrians and cyclists. Friar Street (Image: NQ) The bot has sucked all the cars and buses out of this snap, taken just outside McDonalds on Friar Street, and replaced the tarmac with a tiled pavement that is lined by plant pots and trees alongside the shops.
If it were transformed into a street populated by people and bikes, it would mean a completely bus free town centre alongside Broad Street which is already vehicle-free. St Mary's Butts (Image: NQ) St Mary's Butt's is a popular town centre routes for buses, taxi's and motorcycles in Readig town centre. The Bot has replaced the tarmac with beautiful paving with trees lining the road which is used by bikes.
