It makes up a quartet of musicians and singers cast in bronze chosen by the director of Thompson Health Care in Colorado, a statement from Abbey House said. "The director personally curated the artwork for that exact position which created a focal point into the courtyard, drawing all eyes to its beauty," the statement said. "There remains two children singing, a violinist and a cello player, but our beloved flautist leaves a vacant space that the residents, staff and visitors feel the emptiness of daily.
" The statues were installed on the chapel's Glen Derry Courtyard in 2013. The Hume Police District made an appeal to the public on its Facebook page on November 26, to help locate the life-sized statue.
