She's touring her latest album, Beautifully Ordinary , and is a headline act at the Changing Tides festival in Kiama on December 15. It's the first time the singer, songwriter and record producer has played a gig in the Illawarra, and she's excited. "I actually have been Googling Mapping it, I always love to do that when I'm going to a new place and I love coastal towns.



I'm a bit of a sucker," she said. "I'm loving the beachfront oval footy area. I actually wanted to stay at the holiday park, but it's a really busy time.

Tones is well known for bringing special guests on stage during her gigs, including her much-loved Nana, but on Saturday, November 9 she turned it up a notch bringing Raygun on stage. Thousands of fans at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena were in raptures when the Olympic breaker was introduced onto the stage during Tones and I's fitting hit, Dance With Me .

"Everybody, give it up for Australian Olympian, Raygun!" Tones said. The 37-year-old breaker then took centre stage for the song's last chorus, performing a snippet of the now-infamous dance, including her signature kangaroo move, that earnt her zero points during the Paris Olympics. Po.
