The semi-private air carrier known as Aero has officially unveiled a new route. The new flights are set to depart for the first time on September 20, and the flights are scheduled to run until November, later this fall.

About the new flights The air carrier has recently been taking the US West Coast by storm. On Monday, August 26, Aero officially announced the launch of its new service. This flight will be a weekly service connecting Los Angeles to the Napa Valley, and it will operate as follows: Departs Van Nuys Airport (VNY) on Fridays at 15:30 local time and arrives at Napa County Airport (APC) at 17:40 local time Departs Napa County Airport (APC) on Sundays at 09:30 local time and arrives at Van Nuys Airport (VNY) at 12:00 local time These flights are expected to take just one hour, and the Aero aircraft will land just 15 minutes from downtown Napa.

The route will be available for travelers beginning on September 20, and it will run until November later this year. Tickets for this premium semi-private jet service begin at just $725 per person one way. On these flights, Aero travelers are allowed to fly with up to two checked bags, and on their route back from Napa, they are allowed to carry up to two cases of wine at no additional cost.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aero, Ben Klein, spoke about the new route, stating, "Our community has expressed interest in visiting Napa, and we’ve worked hard to make their dream a reality, just in time for the harvest season. Landing next to downtown Napa just over an hour after departing Los Angeles on a scheduled flight is extremely rare. Typically, this is only possible by flying private.

Aero’s new service to wine country is just one example of our strategic approach to growth in 2024: we’re listening to feedback from the market and responding with innovative solutions. Guests can now fly to difficult-to-reach premier leisure destinations during peak seasonal time frames." Additional experiences Several other additional experiences are included in this travel package.

Aero has partnered with two Auberge Resorts Collection properties that are located in Napa Valley. The two partnered resorts are Solage, a 25-acre luxury resort in wine country, and Stanly Ranch, a 712-acre luxury resort. Additionally, guests have the ability to immerse themselves in exclusive vineyard tours throughout Napa Valley.

This includes attending tastings at the award-winning Sullivan Rutherford Estate and Eisele Vineyard, which Aero has partnered with. Aero has previously created unique experiences for passengers at different destinations. Some of Aero's unique destinations include Aspen, Sun Valley, and Los Cabos.
