AER Lingus has announced three new "exciting" winter sun destinations for 2024/2025 - and travel fans are set for a frenzy. The Irish airline will fly to Marrakesh, Malta and Seville from late October. Flights to Seville and Malta will operate on October 25, with fares starting at €49.
99 and €69.99. And Marrakesh flights will take off on October 26 with fares starting at €69.
99. All of the new flights will operate three times per week. Flights to Faro in Portugal will now be available all year round - and there will be extra capacity for Nice, Alicante, Athens and Majorca.

"Additionally, the airline is significantly expanding its winter capacity on European routes, making a winter escape easier than ever. "These developments come in response to global trends showing a growing desire for autumn and winter sun getaways.
"The expanded winter schedule offers a unique blend of cultural, historical, and sun-soaked experiences, ensuring there's something for everyone." Seville, the sun-kissed jewel of Andalusia, is renowned for its year-round sunshine, making it a perfect winter escape. And Ryanair has just launched a major new flash sale with flights to top sunshine spots this autumn. The Irish airline is urging passengers to stay in the summer mood with its new sale. The new flash sale has plenty of discounted fares to some of Europe's top travel destinations.
They include Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Pisa and Barcelona with 15 per cent off each way. The sale is for a tonne of flights going all across September and October. However, passengers must act quick as flights must be booked by midnight on August 7.
