Thursday, January 23, 2025 AEGEAN Airlines has unveiled the latest cycle of its transformative Aircraft Engineer Training Scholarship Program, inviting ambitious young talent to build a career in the dynamic world of civil aviation. This program, which has been a cornerstone of AEGEAN’s educational initiatives since 2018 for pilots and 2022 for engineers, stands as a testament to the airline’s dedication to empowering Greece’s youth and strengthening critical aviation professions. As AEGEAN celebrates 25 years of excellence, this initiative underscores its commitment to fostering growth and opportunity in the aviation industry.
Applications for the 2025 program officially opened on Thursday, January 16, and will remain open until Friday, February 21. Developed in collaboration with the esteemed Olympic Air Maintenance Training Organization, the program integrates classroom learning with practical, hands-on experience at AEGEAN’s cutting-edge Technical Base. This dual approach ensures participants receive comprehensive training while working toward their B1.
1 Category Aircraft Maintenance License (Part-66). The scholarship program is designed for 20 aspiring engineers and offers significant financial support, with AEGEAN covering 50% of the tuition fees for all participants. Moreover, exceptional performers are further rewarded: the top three graduates will receive additional funding covering 100%, 75%, or 50% of their tuition costs, based on their academic achievement.
