On Thursday (31 October), Indian singer Andnan Sami wrote a post condemning the racist remarks made by Andrew Tate, who is a rape and human trafficking accused with a Twitter account. The alleged rapist and human trafficker made racist remarks against the globally renowned Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh. Reacting to the same, Sami shared a note on his official Instagram account, criticising the alleged rapist’s comments, and reminding him of all the charges of sex trafficking and rape against him as both him, and his less-relevant brother, are alleged rapists and human traffickers.

He commented on Diljit’s viral video in which the singer was seen gifting his jacket to a female fan, and, with trademark unoriginality of racists, remarked “Bet it stinks of curry.” It must be noted that the alleged rapist and sex trafficker is half-black himself. Meanwhile, Sami, who obtained Indian citizenship a few years back, stood up for Diljit, and all Indians, who are often subjected to racist remarks attacking their culture and lifestyle.
