A BEAUTY fan has been left stunned after discovering a £1 product that's left her skin so smooth it looks like she's got a filter on. Kierra admitted that she's been a longtime fan of Poundland's pressed powder, and regularly gets through the product, adding that it's "so good". But she decided to mix things up by buying the budget store's loose powder instead, and documented the experiment on her TikTok page.

"I hope it goes well because I'm going out soon!" she said in the video. "Oh my god, I really hope it goes well! "I have high hopes for this because the other one is so good." Kierra then decided to test the Makeup Gallery loose powder in the shade Number 1 Translucent, which costs £1, on one side of her face to see how it looked.

And she was blown away when she saw just how smooth it made her skin look. "Are you actually kidding me? Airbrushed where?" she marvelled. "What? "Are you seeing the difference? "Look how much it's smoothed me out.

"Wait what? I am obsessed!" She then tested the powder elsewhere on her face, with the product equally effective on her forehead and round her nose. "Everyone needs to go to Poundland and get these powders because they are actually so good," Kierra insisted. "Like why spend so much money on expensive powders when you can buy these? "They're so cheap as well.

Wow!" After finishing off her beauty look, Kierra concluded: "Seriously, run, don't walk to Poundland. IF your purse is feeling tighter than ever before and you're looking to save cash on your make-up routine, have you ever thought of trying out beauty dupes? Here's five of the best recommended beauty buys that are almost identical to the posh versions, but for a fraction of the price. FACE BASE: If you can't afford Charlotte Tilbury's £52 Magic Cream, why not try a dupe that costs just £5.

49 from Superdrug? TONE IT UP: If Drunk Elephant's £62 Protini moisturiser is out of your price range, you'll need to check out the new dupe in Home Bargains . TINTING IT: With Fenty's 'game-changer' skin tint costing an eye-watering £29, a popular supermarket's affordable alternative might just be the thing for you. GET COVERED: At £29 for a Tarte concealer, the new Primark dupe is much more affordable at just £3.

50. SPRAY YAY: For those wanting to smell fresh, without the price tag, Aldi's new Prada and Chloe perfume dupes cost a fraction of the price. "I'm going back to mine and I'm buying everything that's there because I can't run out of this.

"It's insane. Love it!" She added in the caption: "I'm simply obsessed, GIMME 20!! "@Makeup Gallery thank you for creating affordable make up that actually looks good." And people were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: "See you instantly airbrushed whattttt!" "I was actually gobsmacked!" Kierra replied.

"I knew it would be good because I use the pressed one all the time but that was next level. "It looked like I’d put a blurring filter on!" "I’ve been using this powder for ages!!" another wrote. "It’s amazing!! I don’t often wear make-up but when I do I don’t even use expensive stuff anymore.

" "Poundland liquid eye liner is the best!" a third commented. "I’ve used it for years! You look stunning!" With Kierra responding: "Omg I’ve not tried it! That’s going straight in my basket next time. "Thank you so much!!".
