Colona Fire Department's Pancake Breakfast is this Sunday. You had me at pancakes. This Sunday, the Colona Fire Department is hosting a breakfast event at Station #1, located at 401 First St.
The community event will run from 7 a.m. to noon, with the entry cost being a pay-what-you-will donation.
Proceeds will go toward personal protective equipment for firefighters. Outside of pancakes, the fire department will also be providing sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, orange juice and milk. A Dia de Los Muertos Parade is happening this Saturday in Moline.
