Heartfelt tributes have been paid to young Carlow girl Indie Mai Byrne, who tragically passed away on Monday, March 3. Indie Mai, from Blackbog Road, Carlow, was remembered as the "beloved and adored daughter of Caroline, cherished little sister of Ellie and Lia, much-loved granddaughter of Mickey Joe, Geraldine and Damian, and her best friend Paul," according to her death notice on RIP.ie .

The talented young athlete was a dedicated St Laurence O'Toole Athletics Club member, where she recently competed in the Leinster Juvenile Championships. Her club shared an emotional tribute, describing her as a "truly beautiful girl with a beaming smile". "It is with profound sadness that St.
