Sunday, September 15, 2024 Korça, along with its surrounding villages of Voskopoja, Dardha, and Boboshtica, continues to attract foreign tourists throughout September. Visitors, especially from Western Europe, are drawn to the region’s rich cultural heritage and archaeological sites. A group of first-time Spanish tourists expressed their admiration for the warm hospitality and cleanliness they encountered in the area.

“This is my first time in Albania. It’s truly a beautiful and clean place, and I’m amazed by the love and peace we feel here,” said one tourist. Another added, “I’ve heard so much about Albania, but seeing it firsthand is remarkable.

The people are incredibly kind and always smiling.” Tour guide Agron Miri, who accompanied the tourists, noted that Albania’s rich history is a major draw for visitors. Tourism operators in southeastern Albania have announced that October is already booked with foreign tourists, marking a notable increase in interest compared to last year.
