I love peanut butter and jam. 12pm I eat a bagel with peanut butter and jam and drink some water with electrolytes. I’m drinking more fluids as we’re in Denver, 1600 metres above sea level, and I don’t want to get dehydrated.

2pm We arrive at a skate park and I film a trick for about 90 minutes. It is about 35 degrees, so I drink two bottles of water. 3.

30pm A muesli bar and some nuts. 6pm A pork burrito with all the usual ingredients – lettuce, cheese, salsa, rice, lime, coriander – plus a lemonade. Dr Joanna McMillan says: Top marks for.
