Guests will start their dining experience with an assortment of soothing soups like the aromatic Vegetable Thukpa, a Tibetan noodle soup, and the robust Chicken Miso & Rice Soup.

Live cooking stations will offer an array of freshly made Momos and an assortment of starters from Bhutanese and Northeastern cuisines, including a variety of vegetable and chicken options. The event will also include a salad bar with regional specialties such as Singju, a popular Manipuri salad, Kelli Chana Salad, the Bhutanese Goen Hogay cucumber salad, and the spicy Morok Metpa Fish Salad. For the main courses, diners will have the opportunity to savor Kewa Datshi, a cherished Bhutanese dish featuring pot.
