For the 84% of Americans who report feeling anxious about holiday travel, these findings provide some much-needed reassurance.

While summer remains the most troublesome time for air travel, with 28.6% of flights experiencing significant delays, the holiday season offers a stark contrast. Historical data from Thanksgiving 2023 reveals that only 0.



33% of flights were canceled, and long delays were significantly less common. Travelers can expect a similarly smooth experience this year, thanks to improved airline operations and optimized schedules. This improvement is particularly noteworthy given the sheer volume of holiday travelers.
