Afternoon tea in Hong Kong is a well-established tradition and this summer, some of the city’s most prestigious hotels have launched special afternoon tea sets for the season – many in collaboration with luxury brands, adding a chic twist to the classic high tea. Here are five not to miss before the summer’s over. The Drawing Room is aiming to raise the traditional afternoon tea experience to new heights in partnership with esteemed champagne house Perrier-Jouët.

The set features a series of sweet and savoury delights presented in an elegant tiered tray, each meticulously crafted to echo the exquisite flavours of the maison’s Blason Rosé Champagne. From the delicate foie gras rose to the rosé champagne-infused panna cotta topped with white peach compote, every bite promises a new discovery.
