Vadodara: Rajgadh police from Panchmahal district have booked three persons for murder after a man from Ghoghamba taluka died at GMERS Hospital here, two weeks after being admitted. The deceased, Pragnesh Bhatiya, had allegedly been beaten up by Kaushik Chauhan and two others on Sept 17. Chauhan, a resident of Daudara village in Ghoghamba taluka, had alleged that Bhatiya had been sending messages to his wife.
Chauhan and others assaulted Bhatiya with a steel pipe. Bhatiya suffered injuries to his head and arm. He had to be rushed to Vadodara for treatment, where he died late on Thursday afternoon.
