The latest video uploaded to the group's YouTube channel on Saturday shows member CL performing “The Baddest Female” (2013) and “MTBD” (2014) as a special guest at YG boy band TREASURE's Reboot final concert in Seoul, which concluded its Asian tour on Thursday.
CL cemented her status as a legendary artist by showcasing her powerful rap and intense performance skills. The audience responded with thunderous cheers and a standing ovation. YG Entertainment's founder and chief producer, Yang Hyun-suk, was also seen watching the performance.
The last video uploaded on 2NE1's YouTube channel was "2NE1 - 'GOODBYE' M/V," released in 2017. Fans reacted with comments like, "I can't believe I was there; I almost fainted," "It feels like CL has come home" and "I want to go to a 2NE1 concert." 2NE1 will hold a solo concert, "2024 2NE1 Concert in Seoul Welcome Back," on Oct. 5 and 6 at Olympic Park in Seoul to celebrate its 15th debut anniversary. It will be their first solo concert in over 10 years since the "All or Nothing" world tour concert in 2014.
