The ceremony is known as the ' Golden Globes of porn' and is held prior to the AVN Awards - aka the Oscars of Porn . As expected, many of the attendees weren't afraid to bare all on the red carpet in a variety of outrageous frocks and skimpy ensembles. The XMAs even brought out a few mainstream names, including actress Maitland Ward , who starred in ABC's Boy Meets World and the soap opera The Bold and The Beautiful before switching to adult films.
Maitland, 47, went for a more demure look than some of her X-rated contemporaries by wearing a pink floral turtleneck frock. The flame-haired beauty ended up winning Best Lead Actress for her role in American MILF, making it her fourth timing taking home the coveted trophy. During her acceptance speech, Maitland said she was 'truly humbled and honored' to receive the award.
One of the biggest stars in attendance was arguably OnlyFans sensation Lily Phillips.
