Article content Mazda Canada has announced pricing for the 2025 CX-30, which will start at $28,950 and go to $41,000. For that small $800 bump in starting price versus the prior year, the ’25 receives an upgrade over the 2024 CX-30 with the addition of tech enhancements, including available Alexa integration for hands-free commands, and expanded availability of driver-assist technologies. As before, all trims use a 2.

5L four-cylinder engine making 191 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque, with a six-speed automatic transmission. The GT trim can be further optioned with a turbocharged 2.5L that makes between 227 and 250 horsepower, and 310 or 320 lb-ft of torque — the difference is dependent on whether you feed it regular-grade or 93-octane gasoline.

It also uses the six-speed automatic, and all trims come standard with all-wheel-drive (AWD). The new available features include Alexa Built-In, with voice commands including cabin temperature or controlling smart devices inside the vehicle; Private eCall, which connects to a call centre when emergency services are required; Stolen Vehicle Assistance, which can help police track and retrieve a stolen CX-30; and Mazda Online Navigation, with live traffic and over-the-air (OTA) map updates. The 2025 CX-30 will also be available with Aero Grey Metallic paint, which first appeared on the MX-5.

The lineup starts with the CX-30 GX at $28,950, before a freight and PDI fee of $2,095. For 2025, it receives standard safety features including adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, emergency front braking, lane-keep assist, automatic high-beam headlights, and advanced blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert. Mazda Connected Services, which provides remote monitoring and operation of some features through a mobile app, is included for two years.

The GX also includes an 8.8-inch display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, USB-A ports, seven-inch digital instrument cluster, heated seats, and LED headlights and taillights. The GS, at $31,850, adds rain-sensing wipers, heated mirrors, 18-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, and 10.

25-inch centre screen with touchscreen capability when using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The GS Luxury Package, at $34,050, further adds faux-leather upholstery, power driver’s seat with memory, power-sliding sunroof, and auto-dimming mirror. For 2025, the package further adds wireless phone integration and a wireless charger.

The GT, at $37,850, builds on the GS Luxury with items including active driving display with traffic-sign recognition, emergency rear braking, 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, adaptive headlights, premium audio, power liftgate, and leather upholstery. The Mazda Online Navigation is included on the GT and above as part of the 2025 updates. The GT can be upgraded with the turbocharged engine for $40,250.

There’s also a top-line Suna Edition, at $41,000, which includes everything from the GT Turbo along with unique styling features and exclusive Zircon Sand Metallic exterior paint and seats in Terracotta faux-leather with black suede trim. Available premium exterior colours are priced at $300 or $400, and that new Aero Grey Metallic falls at the lower end of those prices.
