Pune: The Bund Garden police late on Saturday night registered a case against more than 200 people on the charge of raising objectionable slogans during a protest outside the district collectorate on Friday. A ‘Sarvadharma Samabhav Mahamorcha’ was held against the recent remarks by a religious leader. “During the march, objectionable slogans were raised,” an officer from the Bund Garden police said.

A case has been registered against the organisers and the participants under relevant sections of the BNS.
