She’s beauty, she’s grace, she’s representing the tri-state area. Meet the county fair pageant winners from Dubuque and neighboring counties. Dubuque County Fair Kylie Donovan, 17, of Bernard, was named fair queen.

She is the daughter of Kevin and Melissa Donovan and attends Western Dubuque High School. Kaylie Brehm, 17, of Dubuque, was named fair princess. She is the daughter of Wendy Brehm and attends Hempstead High School.



Delaware County Fair (Iowa) Aleah Reicher, 17, of Hopkinton, was named fair queen. She is the daughter of Nick and Tracey Reicher and attends Maquoketa Valley High School. Lainey Knipper, 19, of Hopkinton, was named fair princess.

She is the daughter of Mark and Carmen Knipper and graduated from Maquoketa Valley High School. Ethan McGovern, 18, of Earlville, was named fair king. He is the son of Terry McGovern and Jennifer Deutmeyer-McGovern and attends Western Dubuque High School.

Great Jones County Fair (Iowa) Addison Appelhans, 17, of Anamosa, was named fair queen. She is the daughter of Matt and Katy Appelhans and attends Anamosa High School. Kendall Siebels, 17, of Monticello, was named fair princess.

She is the daughter of Darin and Nikki Siebels and attends Monticello High School. Annie Schlarmann, 16, of Monticello, was named Miss Congeniality. She is the daughter of Sue Schlarmann and Dave Schlarmann and attends Monticello High School.

Jackson County Fair (Iowa) Emma Ihrig, 19, of Maquoketa, was named fair queen. She is the daughter of Kristina and Ryan Ihrig and attends Drake University in Des Moines. Molly Matthiesen, 19, of Bryant, was named fair princess.

She is the daughter of Dustin and Amber Matthiesen and attends Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids. Clayton County Fair (Iowa) Mindy Keehner, 18, of Monona, was named fair queen. She is the daughter of Dan and Darla Keehner and attends Iowa State University in Ames.

Aliyah Heer, 18, of Garnavillo, was named fair princess. She is the daughter of Tara Dawley and Matt Heer and attends Northeast Iowa Community College. Micah Brase, 18, of Strawberry Point, was named fair king.

He is the son of Dan and Beth Brase and attends Starmont High School in Arlington. Grant County Fair (Wis.) Allison Ihm, of Cassville, was named the fairest of the fair.

Kenzy Everson, of Stitzer, Wis., was named junior fairest of the fair. She attends Fennimore Middle School.

Lafayette County Fair (Wis.) Stevie Cobb, 19, of South Wayne, was named the fairest of the fair. She is the daughter of Jessica and the late Jeffrey Cobb and attends University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Kaylee Neff, 17, of Shullsburg, was named junior fairest of the fair She is the daughter of Kristy Kieffer and Nick Metz and attends Shullsburg High School. Jo Daviess County Fair (Ill.) Jaylyn Carter, 19, of Warren, was named fair queen.

She is the daughter of Tim and Jenny Carter and attends Highland Community College in Freeport. Winter Carter, 14, of Warren, was named junior miss. She is the daughter of Tim and Jenny Carter and attends Warren High School.

Faith Trone, 9, of Warren, was named young miss. She is the daughter of Abe and Peggy Trone and attends Warren Elementary School..
