"We all seek positive experiences, whether at work or with friends, and we want to leave interactions feeling good about ourselves and our situations," she tells PS, continuing, "This realization helped me understand that this is precisely what I offer: the ability to feel good.
I always say, 'In order to feel good, you have to go through some things.' We know that for there to be light, there must be darkness. Therefore, in a 'Feel Good' ride, we incorporate a minimum of five minutes of relentless hard work because you have to face challenges to truly appreciate what it feels like to feel good.
