“Pattern started from my own personal hair journey and my experience with not being able to find products, or see myself and my hair texture mirrored back to me in a way that felt celebratory, supportive and beautiful,” Ross told British Vogue of her venture upon its UK launch. “My childhood and teenage years were filled with me trying everything, searching everywhere and eventually creating a fruitful relationship with my hair.
