com, hotel bookings for the week of May 18 to 24 have already tripled compared to the same period in 2024. In addition, bookings for the following week, May 25 to 31, have seen a 76% increase compared to last year, highlighting the ongoing demand for accommodation during this major event. Travel Trends and International Demand The surge in bookings for Lady Gaga’s concert in Singapore reflects a wider trend in event-driven tourism, which is rapidly becoming a cornerstone of the city’s growing appeal.



Trip.com, a leading global travel agency, has observed a spike in bookings from international markets, with the highest numbers coming from China, Malaysia, Japan, the Philippines, and South Korea. This trend highlights Singapore’s increasingly prominent role as a regional hub for major global events and entertainment.
