Heavy Handed's opening date is slated for March 28, marking the third Southern California location for the popular smash burger maker.
In a fairly rapid turnaround at the 2,300-square-foot restaurant, co-founders Max Miller and Danny Gordon converted the beloved All Day Baby into their signature bold orange, red, and graffiti-laden brand in less than 63 days. Diners can find Heavy Handed’s favorites like the short rib smash burger, beer and wine, beef-tallow fries, and soft serve. On Silver Lake’s opening day, they’ll begin selling bottles of sauce and pickle jars at all locations.
Silver Lake’s smash burger options include some of Los Angeles’s most influential, including For The Win and Burgers Never Say Die.
