ROCHESTER — Olmsted Medical Center recently paid $1.3 million to buy a warehouse in northwest Rochester. OMC purchased the 46-year-old building at 1814 15th St.

NW on Feb. 28. The seller was Rochester-based 1101 Memorial Parkway SW, LLC .



Led by Jon Ryan , who is a co-owner of The Home Collective , 1101 Memorial Parkway had owned the 9,000-square-foot complex since buying it for $1.19 million in 2021. ADVERTISEMENT Olmsted County estimated the total market value of the property at $1.

2 million for 2024-2025. OMC has plans mapped out for the building. “The building at 1814 15th Street NW will house Olmsted Medical Center’s Materials Management functions including purchasing, inventory management, and distribution by mid-2026," wrote OMC Materials Management Manager Mike Thompson .

After some interior remodeling, OMC plans to start using the property by mid-2026. OMC anticipates having about 12 employees working there. Thompson explained what made the building attractive for OMC.

“The central location, size of the facility, and the building layout and features make this a good building to serve our growing organization,” he wrote. The 15th Street Northwest building is best known as serving as the headquarters of the Weber & Judd chain of pharmacies . Two Men and a Truck briefly occupied the complex in 2023-2024 before moving to its current location at 1503 U.
