First up is a visit by the team behind legendary NYC cocktail bar Death & Co. ahead of the opening of their upcoming Nashville outpost, Close Company .
Their new bar is within months of swinging open the saloon doors in Germantown as part of the expanding Neuhoff District. But before that, they’re offering a preview of what’s coming at a special pop-up at Fancypants on Wednesday, March 26, from 5 until 9 p.m.
The bar teams of Fancypants and Close Company will come together to offer special cocktails, small bites and some of the upcoming merch that will demonstrate the irreverent atmosphere that you can expect once Close Company opens up. It’s a drop-in event, so no reservations are necessary. Another acclaimed bar team will be in town on Sunday, April 6, as Golden Sound plays host to Kate Gerwin of Happy Accidents , the Albuquerque establishment that was named the Best New U.
