Sally Albright and Harry Burns are back at Katz’s Deli — 36 years later. The occasion? The Super Bowl. A big game ad for Hellmann’s sees the return of “ When Harry Met Sally ” stars Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal .

The two actors revisit an iconic scene from their legendary romantic comedy in the commercial, titled “When Sally Met Hellmann’s.” Ryan and Crystal play friends whose connection turns romantic in the 1989 movie written by Nora Ephron and directed by Rob Reiner. “I can’t believe they let us back in this place,” Crystal’s Harry says in the Hellmann’s ad.



He wears a cream-colored cable knit sweater reminiscent of the one he wore in the movie (though not in the deli scene), which has had its own revival in modern fashion and on TikTok . “Why?” asks Ryan’s Sally. “Hello?” he says, alluding to the famous scene at Katz’s in New York in which Sally loudly demonstrates a fake orgasm, leading a woman at another table to utter an equally famous line: “I’ll have what she’s having.

” (See second clip below for the original scene.) “Nobody remembers that,” Sally says in the ad, sandwich in hand, a bottle of Hellmann’s mayonnaise conveniently placed on the table. They both bite into their sandwiches, but something’s wrong.

“No good?” Harry asks. “Nothing,” Sally says. “Oh, we can’t have that,” he replies.

With that, Sally applies some of the mayonnaise to her sandwich. Cue enthusiastic moans of pleasure. Harry: “Her.
