Hamad International Airport (DOH) has unveiled a fresh and modern uniform for its customer service team, marking a significant step in its ongoing transformation. As the airport celebrates a decade of operations, this uniform redesign aligns with its commitment to enhancing passenger experiences while empowering its workforce.

Starting today, over 350 customer service representatives will be seen in the new attire, reinforcing the airport’s dedication to excellence. The journey to creating this new uniform began through a collaboration with Fashion Trust Arabia, which invited designers to present their vision for a stylish, functional, and contemporary ensemble. Emerging as the winner of the competition, Qatari designer Sheikha Zulfa Al Thani’s creation stood out for its modern aesthetic, practical appeal, and seamless integration of elements inspired by Hamad International Airport’s signature logo.
