Neat has completed its fastest-ever rollout, deploying devices in 200 Microsoft Teams rooms worldwide in three months. The company has just published a case study about global reinsurer SCOR – which has offices in 35 countries – and its transition from working with outdated videoconferencing systems to new room systems featuring a range of Neat devices. These included the Neat Bar Pro, Neat Bar, Neat Board, Neat Pad and Neat Center.
Reto Schadegg, SCOR's head of global IT infrastructure, told Neat: “I was at a partner’s showroom in Paris, and they showed me a Neat Board. I was amazed because I stood almost 10m from the device, yet I could still clearly see and hear the people on the screen because of the symmetry [Neat Symmetry].” After testing various video providers, SCOR decided that Neat best fulfilled its needs, while offering cost savings and improved life-cycle management.
The company's chief technology officer, Andrew Flasko,adds: "As demand for simpler, more streamlined and effective video experiences grew, we needed to make a giant technological leap.
