The past 12 months have been a whirlwind for the Princess of Wales in light of her cancer diagnosis and treatment , as well as her gradual return to royal duties. The royal mother-of-three, who is now in remission from cancer, first went public with her diagnosis last year on 22 March in a moving video. In the clip, she explained how she underwent major abdominal surgery in January, with subsequent tests revealing cancer had been present.
