Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is set to swing onto our screens on Disney+ this week. The latest Marvel Cinematic Universe series is set in a parallel timeline to the MCU where Norman Osborn (Colman Domingo) — the alter ego of his nemesis, the Green Goblin — mentors Peter Parker (Hudson Thames) instead of Tony Stark. Eugene Byrd voices Parker's classmate Lonnie Lincoln, Grace Song voices Parker's best friend Nico Minoru, Zeno Robinson appears as Harry Osborn, with Hugh Dancy as Otto Octavius.

Charlie Cox reprises his role as Matt Murdock and Daredevil in another MCU series, with the actor set to star in his own revival series Daredevil: Born Again. The show's animation style is inspired by the classic Spider-Man comics and its trailer even paid homage to the original Spider-Man theme from 1967. The show also features Peter Parker in a range of new special suits and new characters different from the main MCU.
