Some real serious movements are happening over in the fashion capitals. After all, the men’s fall/winter 2025 circuit was a force of its own, swinging from Milan to Paris . In swift succession, the style savants have come out to play—flying in from their respective corners of the globe to attend the men’s shows, ahead of the couture season.

At Prada in the Italian city, a new order of menswear was declared, playfully swivelling between moments of gentlemanly suits to retro curtain prints and even the occasional set of traditional pajamas. Meanwhile, Paris was guaranteed to start off strong; what with creative director Pharrell Williams collaborating with longtime friend and designer Nigo. The influence of the latter’s home country was evident—from silk souvenir Speedys to ski suits decked out in sakura pink—but the duo’s defining preference for functional workwear was ultimately dished out in the show’s array of structured jackets.



Beyond the runway however, the unbridled mood of a fashion week circuit also exists elsewhere. Apart from the excitable showgoers and sartorial street set, a good part of the buzz also surrounds a select crowd: the stars who have been pencilled in to arrive at the respective shows. Take the scene outside the Fondazione Prada for example, where newly-minted ambassador and South Korean A-lister Kim Soo-hyun made his first official appearance at the house’s presentation.
